Job Type: Full-time (Office in Kyiv, Ukraine)
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise complex SEO campaigns in a safe, scalable and cost-efficient manner
- Develop milestones and schedules for projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment; Understand and identify key interdependencies and critical path tasks, as well as anticipate potential issues
- Develop and improve on repeatable and scalable strategies and processes; focus on continual improvement and streamlining of processes to ensure best quality outcomes
- Proactively keep team members on deadlines in an effective but positive way, effectively allocate team member’s time to achieve the company goals
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Identify and utilize project management tools to plan and track project deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Deep practical knowledge and experience with SEO
- Intermediate or higher level of English
- At least two years of proven working experience with SEO
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team of 5 to 10 people
- Strong practical understanding of the off-page SEO ranking factors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multi-tasking
- Ability to work as part of a team and receive constructive feedback
- Self-motivated to stay current with Google updates, SEO best practices, and digital trends
